What do we do when we are reading our Bibles and suddenly we are reading about: a Lion with eagle wings, a Bear chewing on ribs, a Leopard with 4 wings and 4 heads and a Little Horn on a beast that uproots other horns and speaks pompous words??? Well, that is part of a vision Daniel sees, and then it is interpreted for him. We will not only study these mysteries and learn how to interpret such passages... but we will also see how these images are powerful statements of truth that help us understand the chaotic world and have peace and confidence in God who is clearly in control!!
