Concluding 2 Corinthians Paul defends his apostleship against the self-proclaimed for-profit apostles of the region. He stressed his incredible love for the Corinthian church despite their less than enthusiastic love for him in return.

In this part of 2 Corinthians we will see that the Apostle Paul did not just do a job for God, but he demonstrates his deep love and passion for God and His Church and shows us his willingness to take up his cross daily and follow Christ. His example to us should help us see our ministries in and through the church and how we should exhibit these same motives, commitment, and love every day as we serve the same God and Lord Jesus Christ. Do you know what your ministry is? How do you go about that ministry? God never says... just do a job for Me. He is looking just as much at how and why and our attitude as we serve Him.

Our culture is so self absorbed that the only answer to the question Who am I? leaves us without much hope. Maybe the question should be Whose am I?.
